DESIGNATION : Service Crew - Delifrance
RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to our guests.
- Attend to customer enquiries/feedback.
- Inform guests of current and upcoming promotions.
- Assist outlet team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Learn and perform job duties of all stations according to hygiene, safety, and SOP standards.
- Prepare and produce beverage orders by mixing or machine.
- Take customer orders and key in accurately to point of sales machine
- Display food products in a glass display, assist to pick and pack selected food products for customers.
- Any other duties as assigned by Outlet Manager.
